Dumping Grounds (July 12)

Lately, whenever we get Catherine up from her nap, this is what we find. She sends each of her bears and blanket overboard. Sometimes she holds her bear blankie out for me when I enter the room and then quickly throws it down to show that she is finished with him for now!

Feeding Catherine (July 9, 11)

We have started weaning Catheirne. She wasn't taking a bottle well at all, but thankfully, she is accepting it at each feeding now!!!!! I'm glad she gets some special time with Daddy now, too!

Happy 5th Anniversary! (July 6)

These are the BEAUTIFUL roses Aaron sent me for our 5th anniversary. The picture doesn't do the flowers justice b/c these were the most beautiful roses I have ever received! Thank you, Aaron, for the beautiful roses and for the best 5 years of my life! I love you!

For our anniversary, Catherine had her first sleep over with her cousins, Will, Alex and Sophie. We, I mean, she really enjoyed it!! :) She did very well sleeping and had so much fun playing with her Huntsville cousins.
On Saturday night, our neighbors, the Easters, invited Catherine over to play with Sarah and Thomas while we went out to dinner. It was so nice to have some alone time.

Catherine is busy talking on her cell phone from her first purse set she got for her birthday. I wonder where she learned to talk on the phone? hmmmmm . . . . .

After the cupcake (see previous blog), we went straight to the bathtub -- Catherine's favorite activity. Here, she is telling Mommy to hurry and come put her in the tub!
